All financial contributions made to The-Quran.app through our website or our mobile applications are voluntary donations. These contributions are not payments for goods, services, active subscriptions, or in-app purchases. They are non-reciprocal gifts intended to support the ongoing development, hosting, and maintenance of the project.
Because donations are voluntary contributions to support the project, all donations are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, or changes of mind.
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record and payment gateway provider for all donations. When you make a donation through our website or mobile applications, the transaction is processed securely by Paddle. Since all donations are final, Paddle will not be authorized to process or issue any refunds for these transactions.
